Smart Team is an international fintech community focused on trading on global financial markets and developing related technologies. Our team brings together professionals from various countries, delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Our offices are based in Cyprus (Larnaca), Ukraine, and Dubai.

We are currently looking for an
Office Manager.

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the office.

  • Organizing and setting up workstations for employees, ensuring ergonomic standards.

  • Managing office supplies, kitchen products, and conducting inventory checks.

  • Overseeing the reception area, welcoming guests, and organizing internal meetings and events.

  • Coordinating with vendors for catering, decorations, and other services.

  • Tracking office expenses and managing the office budget.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing daily office operations and procurement.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

  • Strong organizational skills and experience in event planning and supplier communication.

  • Intermediate (B1) level of English or higher.

  • A valid driver’s license is a plus.

  • Responsibility, discipline, communication skills, and a presentable appearance.
